Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any subscription or one-time charges will be non-refundable once paid.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute in connection with the interpretation, performance, termination of this Agreement, or otherwise in connection with this Agreement (“Dispute”) shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as may be amended from time to time, or any re-enactment thereof, by a sole arbitrator to be mutually appointed by both Parties.
The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted at Delhi, in the English language.
The arbitration award in respect of a Dispute shall be final and binding on the Parties, and enforceable in accordance with its terms. The arbitrator shall state reasons for his / her findings in writing. The Parties agree to be bound thereby and to act accordingly.
Governing law and Jurisdiction
The dispute regarding Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Parties agree that the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this Agreement.

When user accepts our membership: Details such as Name, PAN, Date of Birth, AMFI Registration Number (ARN), Employee Unique Identification Number (EUIN), Asset Under Management (AUM), family details, tax residency, nationality, gender, marital status;
User agrees that data provided to AMDwA is entirely voluntarily and User may choose not to consent or to provide personal data. However, there are circumstances in which AMDwA program cannot take action without certain of your personal data either to provide the Services or details if sought for by regulatory agencies.
Payment and billing information: We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you buy our plan. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Worldline. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment.
