All Mutual Fund Distributors Welfare Association (AMDwA)
All Mutual Fund Distributors Welfare Association (AMDwA) is a not-for-profit welfare association. This policy governs refunds and cancellations related to membership fees, event registrations, and other payments made to the Association.
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees (including new registrations, renewals, and lifetime memberships) paid to AMDwA are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
2. Events, Seminars, and Training Programs
Fees paid for conferences, seminars, workshops, training programs, or similar events organized by AMDwA are non-refundable after successful registration. In case a participant is unable to attend, no refund shall be provided. Substitution may be allowed at the discretion of the Association with prior intimation.
3. Event Cancellation by AMDwA
If an event is cancelled or postponed by AMDwA due to unforeseen circumstances, the Association may, at its discretion, either refund the registration fee or adjust the amount against a future or rescheduled event. AMDwA shall not be responsible for any ancillary expenses incurred by participants.
4. Donations and Contributions
All donations and voluntary contributions made to AMDwA are non-refundable, as they are given willingly to support the objectives of the Association.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time, after deducting applicable transaction or administrative charges.
6. Policy Changes
AMDwA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The updated policy shall be effective upon publication on the Association’s official platform.
